64oz Bag HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Stove top: Cut open a corner of the bag and pour product into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, until hot (165°F). STIR OFTEN. PRODUCT WILL BURN AND STICK EASILY.
Microwave: CAUTION! DO NOT MICROWAVE IN BAG! Cut open a corner of the bag and pour product into a microwave-safe dish. Loosely cover with paper towel or microwavable plastic wrap. Heat in 2 minute increments, stirring between. Product should be thoroughly heated (165°F). Heating times are approximately 2 minutes per serving (about 7 servings per bag). For best results, heat half of the bag or less at time. USE CAUTION WHEN REMOVING DISH FROM THE MICROWAVE, THE PRODUCT AND DISH WILL BE HOT.
Boil-in-bag: Place bag in rapidly boiling water* until internal temperature reaches 165°F (approximately 20 minutes). CAREFULLY remove hot bag from boiling water and shake bag to mix contents. CAUTION! BAG IS VERY HOT, HANDLE WITH CARE. Carefully cut the corner of the bag and pour contents into a serving container. *Rapidly boiling water minimizes bag contact with the bottom of the heating vessel.
